Hello there. Thanks for stopping by Thirty Thousand, my Commercial Aviation and Travel blog. My goal is to bring you up to date with the latest happenings in the ever-changing aviation industry and to share my worldwide travel experiences. Whether you are looking for pointers on good places to take pictures at a specific airport or details on new service markets, you are sure to find it here. Since starting Thirty Thousand in 2011 I have had over 60,000 page views. I have had an article featured in Airways Magazine and my photos on CNN.
I have been obsessed with the world of aviation for as long as I can remember and am planning to make a career out of it. I am currently studying Aviation Management and Supply Chain Management at Auburn University in Alabama and hope to one day run an airline or airport. I have been a Private Pilot since the age of 17 and am currently finishing up my Instrument Rating. I am currently Co-oping with one of the largest airlines in the world which has allowed me to travel the world using non-revenue flight benefits. So far I have visited Mexico, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, St Maarten, St Kitts, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and have flights booked to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Singapore, and Japan.
Feel free to contact me any time. I’d love to hear from you. Don’t forget to follow Thirty Thousand via Email, Twitter, or Facebook to be updated on new posts.
