A commercial aviation and travel blog.

Photo Friday: July 20, 2012

This week we have a Sounds Air Cessna Caravan just off Picton airport on the north end of South Island New Zealand in route to Wellington NZ on North Island. Service is about 5 times a day and way quicker than the three hour ferry ride. (Photo by Andy Cruickshank)

Each Friday I choose some of the best aviation related shots, submitted by my readers, for my readers. The only requirement is that your photo has something to do with the world of aviation, be it an airport, airplane, runway, control tower, or anything in between. Submit your photos to Kyle@Thirtythousand.us Be sure to include your name, a brief description of the photograph, and any other info you would like me to include with the photo.
