United Announces Denver – Tokyo 787 Route

United Airlines announced that it will offer daily nonstop daily flights between Denver International Airport in Colorado and Tokyo's Narita Airport. The flights will utilize the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which United currently has orders for. The flights are scheduled to begin at the end of March 2013. The route will be the first direct connection from Denver to Asia. Previously, passengers had to make West Coast connections at airports like LAX, SFO, and SEA in order to fly to Asia. Denver currently has nonstop flights to Europe operated by British Airways, Lufthansa, and Icelandair.
